Tip: Stretch and knead the clay to remove wrinkles and unevenness

Roll 2 small logs using the red clay to make the seats. Make each about 1 and a half inches long. Flatten them and attach them on the base, leaving space between them.
-
Step 3
Trim extra clay around the canoe with scissors to make 2 seats.
-
Step 4
Roll 2 long logs using the red clay to make the sides of the canoe. Make each about 5 inches long and flatten them.
-
Step 5
Wrap the red clay on each side of the canoe then trim extra clay with scissors.

Step 9
Roll 2 long logs using the brown clay to make the paddle handles. Make each about 2 and a half inches long.

-
Step 13
Flatten the ends of the orange U and attach them together, leaving a hole on the unflattened side.
-

Roll a thin string using the yellow clay to make the belt. Attach it around the center of the flattened part of the life vest.
