How long does it take for the clay to dry?

Typically, the clay will air dry within 24-48 hours. But depending on the humidity, it can take up to 5 days in some cases.

How long does it take for the product to ship?

Usually it takes us 1-3 days for us to pack the order for shipping. Shipping takes 1-2 weeks to Canada and USA.

The clay is too wet or too dry?

We want the clay to be just right – moldable and able to hold its shape. Sometimes, during transportation or due to changing weather, the clay's texture may change.

If the clay is too hard, add a little water and knead it in.

If the clay is too soft, give it a good stretch or let it sit on the table for a few minutes to firm up before shaping.

Use the clay within 2 months of purchase for optimal quality. If the clay becomes dry, rehydrate with water.
