Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@claymoo.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and correct it promptly.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item. Customers are responsible for the postage costs of sending back the item for exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@claymoo.com. Customers are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item for a refund.
